Sonia Kruger, Host of Australian Tv show The Voice, appeared on an Australian TV panel show, The Today Show on channel 9, expressing her views that Australia should take a Donald trump like the stance on Muslim Immigration and stop anybody of the faith from entering the country.
Sonia's reasoning behind her statement of closing Australia's borders to Muslims is because her belief that there is a strong correlation between the chance of Terrorist attacks occurring and the number of Muslims residing in a country.

Unsurprisingly, Sonia claimed to have 'a lot of very good friends' who were Muslim, peace loving and beautiful people but she warneded that "there are fanatics".
Sonia used Japan as an example explaining that the country's low Muslim population of 100,000 compared to their total population of 174million is a reason behind the lack of terrorist attacks occurring in the country.
She elaborated on her stance of Immigration and Muslims by affirming 'Personally, I would like to see it stop now for Australia because I want to feel safe as all of our citizens do when we go out to celebrate Australia Day,'
People have reacted on social media some denouncing what she said other supporting her stance.
